|Shipping
Our packages are shipped via PostNL and DHL. We pack the items you ordered firmly and with care. We are responsible for and bear the risk of shipping until the package has been delivered to the customer. Should the delivery person decide to deliver the package to your neighbors, this is the responsibility of the delivery person. Providing your address is your responsibility.
Shipping costs are standard €4.95 for orders in the Netherlands. From €50,– onwards, shipping costs are free for Dutch orders.
For orders to Belgium, shipping costs are €7.95 and free from €100,–
Shipping costs for orders to Germany are €9.95. Orders to Germany with a minimum value of €125,– are shipped free of charge.

|Returns
When purchasing products, the consumer has the option to dissolve the agreement without stating reasons for 14 days. This cooling-off period starts on the day after receipt of the product by the consumer or a representative designated by the consumer in advance and made known to the entrepreneur. If the consumer makes use of his right of withdrawal, the costs of return are for his or her account.
